This exhibition grew out of 100 continuous days of painting. What began as an exploratory process of re-connecting with old painting styles, I quickly branched out into more composed, geometric scenes. Mattisse’s style became both an inspiration and guideline, with its bold and decisive style, and simultaneous flattening and enlivening of the world around us.
